Its time to go Home

Feeling a little Anxious? ~ Pat Donworth

IF YOU FEEL LIKE YOUR BODY HAS BEEN VIBRATING OR JUMPY OR YOU’VE BEEN FEELING A LITTLE ANXIOUS THE PAST FEW DAYS…

If you look at the two graphics below covering the same time periods of Dec. 7, 8, and 9, 2019, you’ll see in the top Tomsk SR chart that there is a 25 Hz electric signal coming in for the past 3 days. I’ve been told by a radio frequency/SR engineer that this is a mirror signal of the 50 Hz European electrical grid. It seems that it may be affecting the 26 Hz SR, as a look at the Tomsk Amplitude chart clearly shows the 26 Hz SR (green), in the bottom chart, responding to / agitated by the 25 Hz signal. And when there is a break in the signal, the amplitude rise returns to base reading.

The 26 Hz SR associates with the human high-beta brainwave range, and amplified SRs will entrain with human brain waves.

High beta brain waves associate with hyper-alertness, anxious states, jitteryness, irritation, etc. as excitatory hormones and neurotransmitters are released during high beta wave bursts. The constant signaling could cause cortisol levels to remain elevated.

• At times, some may experience the “split” sensation: soul feels calm and meditative but body (esp. heart-solar plexus area) feels like it’s plugged into a vibrating, electrical power source.

⛑ ANTIDOTE: Focus on THETA & ALPHA brain wave activities. Theta & alpha associate with neurotransmitters that antidote the adrenalin/cortisol releases of high beta. Meditation, art (drawing, painting, coloring, sculpting, etc.), listening to favorite music, playing a musical instrument, singing, dancing, playing with a pet, becoming engrossed in a favorite hobby, gardening, walking in nature — all of these “creative” activities stimulate the formation of theta and alpha brain waves which quiet and calm the body/mind.

And, of course, keep your body hydrated with pure water! A low-dose alkaline mineral such as magnesium glycinate or magnesium taurate or magnesium citrate once or twice a day could be helpful. Magnesium calms the nervous system and reduces inflammation. (Note: I am not prescribing! Consult your health practitioner if you have questions.)

Much love, peace, and calmness! 💖
